Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support at customer locations.
• Install, replace, and connect network and IT equipment.
• Rack and stack servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other hardware.
• Perform cable patching, hardware installation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist remote engineers by providing console or remote access to equipment.
• Follow technical instructions and implementation plans.
• Capture site photos and complete basic project documentation.
• Ensure professional communication with customers during onsite visits.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
• Experience with IT support, networking, or hardware installation is preferred.
• Ability to travel to customer sites when required.

Freelance Senior Network Engineer (Enterprise Wireless & Campus Networks)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to support enterprise networking projects for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with enterprise wireless and campus network solutions and be able to independently configure, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy enterprise wireless controllers and access points.
• Configure wireless services, SSIDs, security policies, AP groups, and RF optimization.
• Configure and manage enterprise campus switches through centralized network management platforms. experience with imaster is a must.
• Implement and troubleshoot VLANs, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, link aggregation, QoS, ACLs, DHCP, SNMP, NTP, and AAA.
• Perform software upgrades and firmware maintenance on networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, roaming, authentication, and network performance issues.
• Implement network configurations based on design documents and customer requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration backups, and implementation reports.
• Collaborate with remote teams and customers during deployment and support activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with enterprise networking.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless controllers and access points.
• Experience with centralized network management platforms.
